Company Casino Night

So you’ve chosen to have a fun casino hire night for the annual company summer event. You are taking care of every detail. You have arrived at the point where you have date planned, the fun croupiers are all interviewed, selected and hired. You have sat down with the location of choice and determined you are going to have an extra couple of hours available at the location that will need filled. As you are determining if you want to make the event longer or not, you realize there is a whole other option, lessons.

An introduction to the casino games would be a great way to bring in the people who would have otherwise not attended the company event. This enables them to become more comfortable with the gaming format, function and rules of each game and table. It also allows them to become familiar with your chosen croupiers and their various functions. The simplest way to arrange this would be to schedule your croupiers to arrive 30 minutes before the casino introduction so they can set up. Then have your new casino VIP’s arrive. After introductions, breaking your group into teams would be helpful. It is suggested to have each team the same size, and if at all possible not more than a croupier might have at their table during the evening. At each table game your croupier, or dealer, would take the time to completely explain how to play the game with the starting set of chips, cards and other resources. Each person in the group or at the table would have the opportunity to play a hand or betting round. At the end of a specified time limit, the groups would shift tables. This would continue through each table game offered.
